Great personnel, really friendly and helpful specially during the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic offer. The receptionist is great, knows good spots to visit for holidaymakers.

Stayed for 7 nights with my wife. Beds ended up big enough and the room was usually clean. The personnel have been pretty useful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel at the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel were normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Assuming that you are travelling to Rawai Beach you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. In general great quality and unique ambience.
